PHIL GAULIN | Owner

Phil has been in the accounting and finance industry for over 25 years. Phil began his career with Deloitte, a large international Public Accounting firm managing a varied client list in many different industries including; banking, real estate, higher education and manufacturing. Phil then joined a large privately-held national real estate development company, as the Director of Internal Audit, where for 5 years, he developed and led the internal audit department and served as internal consultant to the firm’s owners. Subsequently, Phil was asked to join an affiliate as Vice President of Finance, where he helped direct the significant growth of the organization as the company grew from 13 to 35 operating hotels during his tenure. As a co-founder of Brookwood Hospitality, Phil has developed an intimate knowledge and passion of the hospitality industry.

SCOTT PARKER | Owner

Scott has over thirty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to co-founding Brookwood Hospitality, Scott was Vice President of Operations for a large hotel development and management firm At that time, Scott was responsible for 22 hotels, both operating and under construction. Scott was critical in the success of this company from its founding to 35 operating hotels. Scott also has significant experience in converting old buildings into vibrant market leading hotels. The hotels under Scott’s management have been and continue to be recipients of the hospitality industry’s most prestigious awards.

RICHARD DAVID | Director of Operations

Rich has over four decades of hospitality management experience. He joined the Brookwood Hospitality team in October 2021. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer for the Rockgate Management Company for 20 years. Rich joined Rockgate as the General Manager of the Residence Inn Albany-Airport hotel, and later moved on to open the Courtyard by Marriott and the Adams Pointe Conference Center in Kansas City East-Blue Springs, MO. Rich was then promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and led the company for 20 years. In addition to Rich's extensive extensive experience with Marriott Hotels International, he also has managed hotels under the IHG, Hilton, and Choice flags.
